We offer a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in its original condition — unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Customized products.

  • Products that do not fit due to incorrect measurements or door type.

How to Initiate a Return

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • If denied, we will notify you with the reason.
