1. Order Processing

Orders are processed promptly. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your items. Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order placement.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number. Please allow time for the tracking information to become active.

4. Damages

YCTECH is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
